Okay, since I know some people like to grocery shop and pre-plan meals for the upcoming week like me, here is my meal plan for next week. I'll be honest, I do follow many FASTer Way meals for lunch and snacks, but for dinners, I tend to keep in easy for this season of life. And my guys don't mind leftovers so I'm totally okay with not cooking every night. Some of those items are also FASTer Way meals, but some are family favorites.
I know, not the best picture of me, but trying to get a 12 (almost 13 yr old boy) to help take a pic....this is as good as you get. I'll work on better ones next time.
The Buttermilk Oven "Fried" Chicken is a supposed to be a kid friendly recipe. While the recipe is not GF (gluten free) or DF (dairy freed), since I'm making it on a Saturday I may experiment and may some ingredient substitutions and compare them. I'll keep you posted on that.
