Game Plan for April 4-10th

Howdy! I've been a little MIA on keeping up with the blog, but I'M BACK!!


I will keep sharing my Weekly Game Plan to keep myself on track with various goals. This will be my Top 3 non-negotiables for the week. They may be FASTer Way related, personal, or work - but they will be my reminders of what I'm working on that week. I'll share the blank template in my Insta-Stories so you can copy and make your own goals.


I will also share our meal ideas, rather FASTer Way or other and how to make it all work with a busy schedule.



After a fun weekend of enjoying family time and a few extra treats, I know it's important for me to get back to a few specific goals.


Hitting my water and protein goals help me feel better after indulging in too many treats (which doesn't happen too often any more, but it does happen).


I LOVE the FASTer Way workouts and so getting in my 5 is pretty easy, but after missing several days last week due to a sore back, I wanted to add it as a goal.


Other goals that will stick with me, is to continue to share the FASTer Way lifestyle in order to help others feel better and see the healthful benefits that I have experienced. In a world where people want a quick fix, we often neglect to think about how those "fixes" sometimes cause more long term harm that good.




This week we are following the VIP FASTer Way meal guide pretty close, so I don't have a fancy menu for you. I am looking forward to the one pan sausage, bell peppers, and potatoes that is slated for tomorrow. I tried their egg, spinach, and cauliflower bake and it was SOOOO good! I'll work on getting that recipe in a format I can share.

I LOVE a good salad!! Sometimes I think salads from other places are better then what I could make at home, but I'm getting better. This challenge will be a private FB group. I'll share a salad recipe each day, along with the macros for each salad and a few other health tips.
